I played this game a while ago and I've kept coming back to check for new updates, love everything about it well everything there is to love in the short demo lmao, can't wait for the game to expand and grow. Is it possible to get an eta for the next update or is that under wraps?
Getting beta versions is something I want to do in the future but for now not really :P, there is the dev blogs, sneak peaks and Patreon news though. As for the public release, it's gonna take a while, 0.02 it's a big update compared to 0.01 so just have some patience (in the meantime I'll bring some other stuff).
However, once the game has Chinese, there are many languages waiting for you. In addition, I would like to ask whether you want to create a game or a novel. The game doesn't seem to have many choices. (I choose machine translation, so it's a little strange)
I'm pointing to creating a game, it's a hard to notice since I couldn't introduce all the mechanics I had planned because I wanted to test grounds, but I'm already fixing that for the next updates (still, it may take a while to introduce everything, programming is really hard sometimes, even with rpg maker ;-;).
Everything is made by myself. The game is made in MV.
Side quest are something that I'm trying to work on, not for 0.02 though. You'll be able to interact with some other girls in the next patch too, not sure if the farming to get this will be implemented yet. If you start with your game, I would like to check it out!
You could also have a look a this game for inspiration if you'd want to. They use the same programm as you, and the spacing of the village looks really cool. Although they don't have the amazing sprint option like you.

I get that man and no worries. I plan on making some games like this myself, but currently doing work on a sfw noire romance visual novel for a friend. I handle all the writing and some of the management stuff. I'd like to set up my own team eventually and create a variety of games.
Nice game. You wrote good sentences in hypnosis theme that felt natural. The game has great potential and many sandbox actions with that girl. It took around 25 mins for me to see all the plot. For next updates, there may be more actions, new characters, and options to replay some scenes. I can’t call it bad, but the beginning felt too quick. I mean the mc acted so experienced in mind control like he did it many times before. And his behavior also felt like this. Too rapid transition from ordinary human to magic user. So good luck in creating the game!

Also I noticed you're using Patreon - I suggest against it. This can be considered dubious consent, and Patreon is mercilessly terminating pages with any implication of such content. Have you thought about SubscribeStar as a backup?

As far as I know it should be alright, since there are some other projects like this out there and there is no problem with them. Still, creating a SubscribeStar is a good idea! But I'm already struggling with posting the game in other pages as well and managing the current ones (notice that I forgot to put the link to Patreon here until a few hours ago ;-;). For now I'll just keep working on the next update while fixing some stuff from this one. Anyways, thanks for the concern, I'll keep it on mind.
That may be true, but usually they last a bit before being taken down. It's not always immediate and it can garner a huge following before that even happens. A good example is Two Horns. It was up for around a year and the poor creator amassed a large following only for it to be shut down out of nowhere. Just a word of caution, simply because all it takes is one report or employee to look at it and everything you've worked for is gone, especially with content that contains dubious consent.
Good luck with the game! Just keep the warnings in mind, and maybe do some research on the topic. I could very well be wrong, but Patreon's ToS doesn't define a lot of things, it uses broad terms.
I can confirm this. Not a developer myself but this is a "kink" I have and ya pretty much any and every hynosis related game whether it is lewd or not gets removed. There were a ton of articles about it a few years ago. A law for animation changed and any user created content got destroyed. Patreon and many many many other sites started removing anything that might imply nonconsensual. We aren't just talking about rape here I mean anything that "suggests it. A good example is hypnosis clicker. it is a comedy and the hypnosis often blows up in your own face. There is nudity yes but you have to really really really work for it. Subscribe Star which admittedly has very hit or miss success rates for financing and worse often runs slow and or has downtime seems to be the "mecca" of any a crowdfunding platform doesn't support something or removes it we will.
I understand SOME of the games they remove but ya I have yet to see anyone whose game got removed from patreon get it back. Hypnosis in particular for whatever reason is a serious target of theirs.
But the weird thing is there are a ton of very graphic leaving nothing to the imagination straight up rape simulators that don't get removed. Anything with hypnosis gets removed. Sometimes its a day later sometimes its 3 hours later or a year later but if you search "my game was removed from patreon for hy" you don't even have to type hypnosis out fully you will find a good hundred posts of people saying their content game/artwork/story/song was removed for hypnosis.
It is at the point where it makes me think the founder of Patreon's father or mother left them as a child because someone hypnotized them into doing so.
Unfortunate the kink is particularly bad for being removed. I really hope this game becomes a bit like nano-control (the whole reason I now browse itch for games like this.) since that game really set the baseline for me for stuff like this.

the game is good so far, though i was quite pissed when my save files were dissapearing because i have to turn that option on to keep my saves

Untill what point can you play? Because I feel like I'm stuck but I might just be at the end of the demo.
The current content ends when you go to the library, study and trigger the second induction with Alice, allowing you to remove her clothes.

i usually hate the rpgmaker style engine, but the writing here is great.

Seems interesting. The one gripe I have is that some of the maps (like the town) feel too large and empty for me; I'd advice lessening their size.
Yeah, I felt like that too when making them, but I'm trying to have enough space for future in-game events. I'll increase the walk speed to fix it.
